This is my horrible story with Just Host (It should be “Shit Host”). I have purchased a 2 year plan at www.justhost.com 3 months back. Last week they have informed that your script took high CPU usage, so we have suspened your account, if you want your site back you need to upgrade your plan to dedicated server. This is how they are doing biz. Then I informed them, that I have limited budget so I can’t move to dedicated plan, but I can move to a reseller plan  and please send the invoice to pay the reseller plan. All these was happening 3 hours after my account suspended. Now this is my 3d day, still there is no progress. Within these 3 days, I have contacted them 5 times via Live Support and I have sent 15 emails. They are simply wasting our time and they want to make money by selling shit. They have a refund policy, but they wont give your money back, that’s also a scam. Here are few things I learnt from this issue.

1. Don’t go for unlimited hosting, bandwidth plan as it will affect all your websites.
2. Do not trust hosting companies by reading contents from their website (They have mentioned “First Class Support”, “24/7 support”, “Anytime Money Back”).
3. If you want to do series biz, don’t deal with these type of hosting, they don’t know the value of time.
